HOMES, Inc. strives to provide affordable housing solutions to families in our service area. These solutions include:
New Home Construction
HOMES, Inc. works with eligible families to prepare them for home ownership. We work with the family to find affordable financing (usually a combination of loan and grant funding) and then construct the home and needed infrastructure to see the project through to completion.
Home Repairs
HOMES, Inc. utilizes low interest loans and grant funding to perform needed repairs on existing housing stock. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the need for home repair. For your home repair needs, HOMES, Inc. can do it all!
Flood Repairs
If your home was flooded in the Eastern Kentucky flood. HOMES, Inc. is assisting with repairs utilizes low interest loans and grant funding to perform needed repairs on existing housing stock.

Affordable Rentals
HOMES, Inc. now has 60 units of affordable rental housing in inventory.

Community Improvement
HOMES, Inc. occasionally performs projects such as razing blighted and deteriorated structures that are a safety or health hazard to the neighboring community. Occasionally, we are also approached to assist with a community-based project, such as helping repair or build needed community facilities.
